1. Who we are

TeeybAds Academy is the education platform of TeeybAds Media Growth Ltd. (“TeeybAds”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Accounts are personal — sharing login details or course access is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

You must provide accurate information. Your name is printed on certificates exactly as entered on your account.

3. Courses and access

A one-time purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to that course for the lifetime of the platform, including future updates to the course.

A monthly membership grants access while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Some courses release modules on a schedule after enrollment. Release timing is shown inside the course.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

If a payment is refunded, access to the related course is withdrawn automatically. For refund requests, contact us at the support email below — requests are reviewed case by case.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete all lessons (and pass any required quizzes) of a course. Each certificate carries a unique verification link. Certificates confirm course completion — they are not accredited academic qualifications.

6. Community conduct

Course communities exist to help students learn. Harassment, spam, advertising, or sharing of pirated material is not tolerated and may result in removal from the community or the platform without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, notes, materials — belongs to TeeybAds Media Growth Ltd. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publish it. Doing so ends your access without refund and may attract legal action.

8. Changes and termination

We may update course content, pricing for future buyers, and these terms. Material changes to terms will be notified on the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer

Courses teach skills from our real client work, but results depend on your execution. We make no income guarantees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
